Expiry Date - caution.  This field is intended to be used to prevent or limit "caching" of pages by browsers and ISP's. However, it can also be used by Search Engines to remove the page from their database! Suitable for "fixed duration" campaigns, events etc. Enter the date when the site may be deleted from Search Engines. Format is : Fri, 15 Jun 2001 00:001:00 GMT 
Default is "never" .

Cache/No Cache -  used to prevent or limit "caching" of pages by browsers, proxy servers and ISP's. The No-Cache instruction can be useful if you have a site that updates frequently or dynamically so a fresh version is served with each viewing. However, be aware that some browsers, proxy servers and ISP's can be set to ignore the instruction!
Cacheable is standard and means your viewers may see your pages faster.
